Agri-business

STC is committed to supporting the manufacturing of agriculture products through our members. We understand the importance of promoting sustainable agriculture practices and the positive impact it can have on local communities.

To achieve this, we work with our members to create high-quality agriculture products that reflect the richness and diversity of the region’s natural resources. We strive to use only sustainable and environmentally-friendly production methods that are not harmful to the environment.

By promoting agriculture manufacturing through our members, we are able to create a sustainable industry that benefits both consumers and the local community. We believe that by supporting local agriculture, we can help to create a better future for everyone.

Event organizing,

STC is not only a platform for promoting handicrafts and agricultural products, but also a place where tourism operators can gather to share and learn information related to the tourism industry. Despite the challenges posed by COVID-19, STC has successfully organized several events in late 2022 and early 2023. These include the “Ride for Solidarity” cross-border cycling event between Thailand and Cambodia, a celebration event for Cambodia’s five-year world title win in rice, a fundraising event with Miss Planet International, and active participation in events organized by other stakeholders from both the public and private sectors.

Looking ahead, STC is planning to organize several other events, such as a golf event to raise funds for pre-employment students, a water sports competition, and a co-organized Koulen Trek Run 2023. Stay tuned for updates on these exciting events!

Training and development

STC is proud to initiate a pre-employment program aimed at providing 6-month scholarship opportunities to 300 students from poor families to acquire skills in the tourism industry. Due to the impact of COVID-19, many workers in the tourism industry have shifted to other sectors, and some have even vowed not to return to the industry. As tourism continues to grow, having enough skilled labor is crucial.

To address this challenge, STC has partnered with the Ministry of Tourism, the Ministry of Economic and Finance, and other stakeholders from both the public and private sectors to make this program a reality. We are committed to creating a sustainable program that will benefit both students and the tourism industry as a whole.

We invite all interested parties to join us in this initiative. Whether you wish to donate or offer internships or employment opportunities to program participants, any small action can help make this project sustainable for years to come. Please contact STC if you wish to get involved and support this important initiative.

Other prioritized sectors ( communities)

STC supports manufacturing of handicrafts and agricultural products and prioritized sectors like sustainable and smart tourism. Tourism can bring about positive change in communities, so we participate in initiatives and raise awareness about sustainable tourism practices. We aim to be a one-stop platform for tourism operators to get information on the latest trends, connect with talent, and find solutions benefiting all stakeholders. We promote plastic-free practices and encourage the use of eco-friendly alternatives. Join us to create a sustainable tourism industry. Contact STC to learn more and support our initiatives.
